Elevation Ketchup is as rugged and intentional as the city we call home. Founded in Denver, Colorado by Aaron Wagner, our story doesn’t start in a lab or a corporate boardroom—it starts at a family table over a century ago.
THE HERITAGE
In 1893, Aaron’s great-great-grandmother crafted a ketchup recipe built on real food and spices. For generations, that recipe remained a family secret until 2012, when Aaron shared a holiday batch with friends.
It didn't just disappear; it sparked a movement. What began in a home kitchen in West Denver has grown into a mission to reclaim the condiment aisle for the health-conscious adventurer.
