Our Restaurant Style blend was created to help chefs cater to an array of customer tastes. It helped bridge the gap between the adventurous eater and one's that likes a more mainstream, traditional ketchup taste. The Restaurant Style variety took months to create. Over 50 batches were taste-tested with some of Colorado's finest chefs. The end result was healthier ketchup with a better flavor profile and fresh taste and still without all of the chemicals.
